Caring for Creation
As Catholics we are all called to protect the natural world. Mary Ann Holtz of our Counseling Ministry has written a paper, Ten Action Steps for Individuals and Families Responding to the Current Global Crises of Energy, Environment, and Economy, Discovering Active Hope, with practical ways to act on those calls. Treasure Commitment for 2013
As part of our Stewardship Renewal for 2013, you are encouraged to return your commitment card, indicating your pledge to the Sunday offertory. Consider participating in the Automatic Offering Plan (AOP), whereby you make your weekly contribution by automatic bank withdrawal or by credit card. Thank you to everyone for your tremendous generosity to the Church.
Partners With Haiti Lenten Appeal 2013
Again this year we are asking for your support for our work with St. Paul's twin parish, St. Isidore, in Haiti.
The Good Samaritan clinic has operated continuously since September, 2010. Because of its successful track-record and its remote location, we are now beginning a five-year transition plan for it to become a partially self-sustaining affiliate of Lagonav's only hospital. As part this plan, we are redistributing some attention and resources to other very critical needs at St. Isidore and its parish school. Return cards in the pews contain more information.
Our work is made possible only by your tremendous generosity. Thank you!

Diocese's Annual Pastoral Appeal (APA) for 2013
All parishioners are urged to make a financial pledge to the APA. The APA funds the apostolic works of the Diocese of St. Petersburg, including
education of seminarians; support for Catholic schools, Catholic Charities; professional support for parishes on real estate, insurance,
legal, construction, and administrative isues; support for the Holy Father, United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and Florida
Catholic Conference; and offices for religious formation and liturgy. Any funds given by St. Paul's parishioners to the APA reduces
dollar-for-dollar the parish's assessment obligation to the diocese, thus directly benefitting the parish financially. To make a pledge,
click on ONLINE PAYMENTS on this home page,
then click on "Pastoral Appeal Gift."
Parishioner Address/Email Updates
We are currently updating our Parish database and would like to include parishioners e-mail addresses. Address change/update cards are
available in the pews and in the back of the church or you can make these changes online. If you have a change of address click
here or if you are simply registering your email address you can do that above.
**Address updates are for existing members of the parish. If you have not joined the parish yet you can do so on the first Sunday of the month
by attending the information meeting held in the Parish Center after the 9:30 a.m. mass.**
**Not all parish events will be listed here. Please also check the bulletin.**
