St. Isidore parish is located on the island of La Gonave, Haiti. The island is the size of Pinellas County with 104,000 people on the entire island. The primary languages spoken are French and Creole. The island has no electricity, the parish recently received solar power. There are 15 water spigots and some use cisterns. |
